Results of spatial and temporal diagnostics of N_2 superradiative laser are presented. Characteristics of the laser using transversal discharge are given and the technique of beam diagnostics based on the use of CCD camera and video signal digitization is described. Output pulse shape, jitter and amplitude fluctuation have been measured by means of PIN diode. Obtained results are necessary for proper use of N_2 laser in applications. 本文介绍了N_2超辐射激光器光束的空间和时间诊断。给出了使用横向发射激光器的特性,叙述了以CCD摄像机为基础的光束诊断技术及视频信号数字化,绘出了使用位置指示二极管测量的输出脉冲波形、跳动及振幅起伏。所获得的结果满足了N_2激光器应用中的专门用途的需要。 This paper introduces an experiment of recording pictures by CCD pickup camera instead of conventional holographic dry plate,which are stored in computers to be treated, realizing the observation of relative fringes of interference scattered-spot field on TV screen.so as to measure tiny movement of object.
