The black uv-ink used for silk screen print was prepared by using six photo initiators and showed that the curing rate using complex photo initiator was faster than using single one.For the selection of photo initiator the absorption spectrum of photo initiator shoud be corresponding to that of pigment;the main wavelength of absorption shoud be the same as that of light source.The amount of complex photo initiator used in uv-ink shoud be proper,in order to get best curing rate.

选用了 6种光引发剂进行复合配制黑色丝印UV油墨 ,实验结果表明 ,用复合光引发剂比用单一光引发剂配制UV油墨的固化速度快 ;在复合光引发剂中 ,应选择吸收光谱与颜料的吸收光谱相匹配的光引发剂 ,以及吸收光谱与光源发出的主波长较一致的光引发剂 ;另外 ,油墨中复合光引发剂含量应适量 ,这些对提高UV油墨的固化速度都有很大的帮助。
