The measured sign is changed into electronic sign with sensor, and it is sent to linear amplifier to magnify. After passing through A/D converter, it is sent to microcomputer and is processed in real-time....

The key technologies include A/D conversion circuit with double integral, sign processing software for the microcomputer, eliminating zero excursion and the interference for digital filter, display precision adjusted and real-time graduation.

基于应变传感技术的智能称重系统,是针对无线遥控、遥测电子吊秤及单遥测电子吊秤等称重传感器的微伏级直流信号进行自动测量,利用单片机的智能特点而设计的。被测量信号由传感器变换成电信号送到线性放大器放大,经A/D转换器后送到单片机系统实时处理,通过软件编码技术进行二次编码后送到发射机发射。地面接收机收到信号后,送到单片机系统进行二次解码,再实时处理、储存、打印,并送到主计算机联网。其关键技术包括:双积分A/D转换电路、单片机信号处理软件、消除零漂、排除干扰的数字滤波、显示准确度调校和实时标度变换等技术。

In order to improve the accuracy of freqency measurement, the signal being measured can be divided into three frequency bands: the low freqeuecy band ,the middle freqency band, and the high freqency band The different measuring methods are taken in different frequecy bands to get better result

为了提高信号频率测量的范围和信号频率测量的精度 ,把被测量信号分成低频、中频、高频等 3个频段 ,不同频段采用不同的测量方法 ,以取得更好的测量效果。
