By employing these methods, the estimation of ACP and 5'N activities of parallel samples from the lymph node and thymus cell suspensions were carried out in order to verify the ACP and 5'N positive lymphocyte percentages obtained previously. The ACP and 5'N positive lymphocytes thus estimated for lymph node were found to be 67% and 31%,...

A liquid chromatographic method has been developed for determination of amiodarone in human plasma using a chemically bonded eyano phase column (YWG -CN, 10μm)with dimefline as internal standard and modified methanol (0.25 ml of n-butylamine and 1.0 ml of 1:1 glacial acetic acid added to 500 ml of methanol) as mobile phase used in recycle mode. The procedure was as follows: Transfer 0.5ml of patient plasma into a 12ml of glass centrifuge tube, add 10μ1 of the internal standard (0.1μg/μ1) and 9ml of ethyl ether...

Shake for 5 minutes and centrifuge for 5 minutes at 3000 rpm. Transfer the ethyl ether phase into another tube, add a few drops of chloroform saturated with concentrated hydrochloric acid and evaporate to dryness at 50℃. Reconstitute the residue with 50μ1 of mobile phase and inject 20μ1 into the chromatograph.The absolute recoveries of amiodarone and internal standard were found to be above 97% and the method was linear from 0.4 to 10μg/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. The coefficient of variation was less than 3.5% for within day (n=8) and less than 5.0% for between day (n=8) respectively.

应用改性甲醇(500ml甲醇中加入0.25 ml丁胺,混匀,继加1.0 ml 1:1冰醋酸为流动相,在YWG-CN(腈基键合相)柱上,以回苏灵(dimefline)为内标,对乙胺碘呋酮建立了适合于临床药理和临床化学应用的高效液相色谱测定法。本法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好,流动相无需脱气并可循环使用。样品用乙醚提取,乙胺碘呋酮及回苏灵的平均回收率均大于97%。测定结果的变异系数,日内小于3.5%,日问小于5.0%。

MDMS is a data management system designed especially for medical and chemical application. MDMS is a data management system designed especially for medical and chemical application. In addition to the usual data manipultation functions (insettring, retrieval, update and sorting), many application functions such as statistics, calculation, data coavertion, link to other programs etc., were also provided. Retrieval function was expanded to fulfill multi-keys and multi-criteria Boolean search. A new data type-triple value-was developed to store numerous clinical symptoms and signs. Using MDMS, several medical and chemical data bases had been established on micro or minicomputers. Four research projects are carried on smoothly using these data bases. MDMS fulfilled most of their requirements.

医学数据管理系统MDMS采用关系方法建立数据模型。MDMS第一版首先在CBM4000上实现,后移植蓟CBM8000及TRS—80上,采用BAS1C语言编写,用于定长记录。MDMS第二版在小型机PDP11/44上实现,它允许变长记录;由于使用了倒排文件,因此2加快了多码检素时的查找速度。同时也由于编译成机器语言程序。从而提高了运行速度。MDMS具有插入、检索、修改、删除,显示键目录、排序、数据转换计算及调用应用程序等九项功能,并兼顾了医学及化学应用方面一些特点。利用MDMS,建立了几个小型专用的科研数据库:黄疸数据库、胃脘痛数据库、心肌梗塞数据库、甲亢数据库、以及化学药品数据库。利用黄疸及胃脘痛数据库,完成了《黄疸会诊程序JDD1及JDD2》及《电子计算机模拟名老中医梁乃津的胃脘痛经验程序UAP·CAD》两项科研项日。MDMS-2已移植至IBM-PC及APPLE II+机上。
