0 SD rats were randomly divided into four groupsof 20 each:local

The cell's count and cell cycle analysis were carried out. Results: The cells of S phase and G2+M phase and cell number were higher in the groups of the raw extract of FGF, NRCFp and FN. Conclusions: The raw extract of FGF, NRCFp and FN can stimulate Schwann cells proliferation. NGF has no effect on Schwann cell proliferation.

目的:了解神经再生条件液中6.16~10.23KDa蛋白粗制品对雪旺细胞(Schwanncel,Sc)增殖的作用。方法:雪旺细胞的培养采用差速贴壁法,分成5组,每组3个标本。第1组:外周神经再生条件液中6.16~10.23KDa蛋白粗制品(proteininnerveregenerationconditionedfluids,NRCFp);第2组:成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblastgrowthfactor,FGF)的粗提物;第3组:纤连蛋白(fibronectin,FN);第4组:神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF);第5组:对照组。各组进行细胞计数和动力学分析。结果:NR-CFp组、FGF粗提物及FN组的细胞增长加快并且S期、G2+M期(DNA合成前期、DNA合成后期及分裂期)所占比例增加。结论:本实验显示NRCFp、FGF粗提物及FN能够促进Sc的增殖,而NGF对雪旺细胞的分裂增殖不起作用
