The autocorrelation transform method,which is used to extract the characteristic parameters for planar linkage curve, is presented.This method makes that the extract has nothing to do with the selection of starting point of curves。It is found that not only all kinds of planar linkage curves can be discripted by uniform characteristic parameters but also charcteristic parameter data base is established using a few parameters through autocorrelation analysis for functions of planar linkage curve.

提出了提取连杆曲线特征参数的自相关变换法,该方法使得曲线特征多数的提取与曲线的起始点选择无关,通过对连杆曲线函数的自相关分析,发现可以用统一的特征参数来描述各种连杆曲线,而且用少量数目的特征参数就可建立连杆曲线数据库

A computer method is firstly proposed, which is used to do path synthesis by conpler-angle curveβ(). The key of the method is to transform the given closed path to conpler-angle curve. Based on solving the problem, a coupler-angle curve database of a series of known four-bar linkages is established.So, it is possible to choose a linkage form the database to trace out the given path, and to realize the "precise" mechanism synthesis with "indefinite" given points meeted.

本文用三次样条函数描述了钢的过冷奥氏体等温转变曲线,在微机上建立了TTT曲线数据库,实现了TTT曲线的数据形式存储与动态调用,操作简单、直观,占用计算机存储空间小。并进一步用等温转变动力学公式计算出过冷奥氏体等温转变过程中任意转变量曲线,与手册中的曲线吻合得很好。
