And by adopting the advanced engineering software MARC to carry out finite element analysis upon the contacting status of needle tooth and of tooth surface of cycloidal gear, and its result verified the correctness of force bearing analysis theory. The worked out computer software in accordance with the theory of this paper could determine the basic optimized parameters of FA transmission under different status, carry out calculation of force bearing analysis and checking computation of strength, and plot out its 3D entity model and engineering drawing.

在分析FA新型摆线针轮行星传动特点的基础上,提出了一套摆线轮齿形修形下的齿面受力分析理论,并采用MARC工程软件对针齿和摆线轮齿面的接触状态进行了有限元分析,结果证明了受力分析理论的正确性。根据文中理论所编制的计算机软件,可以确定不同状态下的FA传动修形参数优化,进行受力分析计算、强度验算,并绘制其三维实体模型与工程图。
