采用高倍率放电循环试验方法,研究了阀控免维护铅酸蓄电池在循环过程中端电压和容量的变化规律。试验结果表明,试验温度对蓄电池循环放电深度有较大的影响。在1 h放电循环试验中,蓄电池C1容量与C10容量几乎同步下降,蓄电池组提早失效的原因之一是电池内各单体动态一致性变差,循环后期蓄电池容量受正极容量控制。因此,在现有技术水平的前提下,改善充电接受能力,提高动态均匀一致性,是延长蓄电池使用寿命的有效途径之一。
