This experiment studied the activity of SOD、POD and CAT of Agropyron cristatum under stress of different thickness of PEG. The result show that the activity of protective enzymes was increased with the raise of thickness PEG. The activity of SOD was decreased at beginning and increase later, the activity of POD was increased, and the activity of CAT was increased at beginning and decreased later. It is referred that Agropyron cristatum can resist drought strongly and take adaptive ability.

研究了不同浓度PEG胁迫下冰草SOD、POD、CAT活性变化。结果表明:随胁迫强度的增大,保护酶活 性的变化幅度增大;随着胁迫时间延长,SOD活性先下降后升高、POD活性升高,CAT活性先升高后降低,保护 酶活性总体上维持较高水平。研究表明,冰草对渗透胁迫有较强的适应能力,具有较强的抗旱性。

试验研究不同早稻品种灌浆期高温胁迫后根系生理差异结果表明,高温对不同水稻品种根系超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性均有影响,但对耐热型品种的影响显著小于热敏感品种,耐热型品种在高温胁迫后保护酶活性能较快恢复并接近对照水平;高温胁迫对耐热型水稻品种根系α-萘胺氧化力无影响,但热敏感品种根系氧化力明显下降,故根系α-萘胺氧化力可作为根系耐热指标之一。
