采用文献资料、问卷调查与实验测试相结合的研究方法,对大学生部分身心健康指标进行测试分析。结果认为,实施心理教学法的学生心理健康水平明显高于未实施心理教学法的学生,在人格、情绪、个性、焦虑、敌对、偏执等项因子上,两者有非常显著性差异;在人际关系、恐怖等项因子上有显著性差异。

The psychological activities of singing and vocalization are subject to mental consciousness.The teaching method of vocal music psychology should be adopted to give guidance in students'singing practice,breed their correct mental consciousness,direct the agile and accurate movement of singing and vocal organs and refrain from students' blindfold and passive learning conduct,thus enhancing the teaching effect of vocal music.

歌唱与发声的生理动作受心理意识支配和控制 ,运用声乐心理教学法来指导学生进行演唱实践 ,培养学生通过思维、分析、综合 ,使自己逐步形成正确的心理意识 ,指导歌唱发声机体灵活准确地运动。同时克服盲目被动学习行为 ,从而达到提高声乐教学的效果。
