Firstly, (δ) can beused as a rough measure to evaluate the anti--corrosion ability for organic solvents.While the value of |δ_1-δ_2| (δ_1 stands for (Ⅰ) while δ_2 for a given organic solvent)becomes less, (Ⅱ) will possibly be broken secondly, Since polybutadiene resin isnot easily attacked by NaOH, So it bas good alkali resistance. However, NaOH insome cases may penetrate through the surface from some cracks which may happento occur and thus the interface will be attacked. This defect may be prevented bybettering the working conditions. Lastly, the flexural strength of (Ⅱ) passesthrough a minimum with increasing concentration of NaOH solution.

本文研究了聚丁二烯树脂溶解度参数(δ)与它的玻璃纤维增强塑料耐有机介质腐蚀性的关系,讨论了NaOH溶液对聚丁二烯玻璃纤维增强塑料的腐蚀机理。实验结果表明:①聚丁二烯树脂的δ可用以作为大致评定其玻璃纤维增强塑料耐有机介质腐蚀的依据。当树脂与有机介质的溶解度参数之差|δ_1-δ_2|值较小时,其玻璃纤维增强塑料在此介质中破坏可能就大。②聚丁二烯树值与NaOH不发生化学变化,这是聚丁二烯玻璃纤维增强塑料具有优越耐碱性的原因。NaOH对聚丁二烯玻璃纤维增强塑料的腐蚀主要通过表面缺陷渗入内部,导致界面破坏。改善工艺条件,可进一步提高其耐碱性能。③随着NaOH浓度的增加,聚丁二烯玻璃纤维增强塑料的静弯曲强度出现极小值。

In this research, a combination of optical microscope, X-ray diffraction- spectrum,EMPA and TEM is used to investigate the morphology,composition,str- ucture and condition of formation of precipitated phase in cast Ni-Cr-Mo conta- ining Hastelloy-C alloy aimed to use in "oxidation-reduction" composite harsh corrosive medium. The influence of chromium content, precipitated phase and sensitization time on the corrosion-resistant property of alloy is emphatically re- searched. Experimental results show that, in Hastelloy-C alloy, phases of p, u,M6C and small amount of a precipitated during sensitization in the temperatu- re range from 800℃ to 1200℃ ,and minimum amount of precipitates is found in the alloy sensitized at 900℃. The larger amount the precipitates and the more severe the richness of Cr and Mo in precipitates,the poorerthe resistance of alloy to pi- tting corrosion and intergranular corrosion. Long sensitization time can also de- crease the resistance to pitting and intergranular corrosion. However, the degree of geheral corrosion of alloy is not remarkably affected.

本文采用了金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子探针和透射电子显微镜相结合的方 法,研究了耐“氧化-还原”性复合介质腐蚀的、含 Cr.Ni,Mo的 Hastelloy C型 铸造镍基合金中析出相的形态,成分,结构及形成条件。着重研究了析出相的Cr含 量和敏化时间对合金耐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明,Hastelloy C型合金在 800— 1200℃范围内,有P相,μ相,M6C相及少量σ相析出,900℃左右析出量相对 少些。这些析出相数量越多,富Cr.Mo越严重.则合金的耐点蚀和晶间腐蚀性能 越差。敏化时间延长,亦使合金耐点蚀和晶间腐蚀性能有所下降,但对合金的均匀腐 蚀程度影响不大。

The corrosion fatigue crack propagation behaviour of 40CrNiMo steel tempered at different temperatures has been studied in 3.5%Nacl spray.So has that of 35CrMo steel in 3.5%NaCI spray,3.5%NaCi solution,0.1NHC~1+ 3.5%NaCl solution and in air.It is shown that when the temper temperature is raised,the corrosion fatigue resistance and crack arrest tendency are enha- nced.In 3.5%NaCl solution,the corrosion fatigue crack growth rate incr- eased with the PH value decreased.It is proposed that corrosion fatigue in 3.5%NaCl...

文中研究了35CrMo 及40CrNiMo 钢淬火不同温度回火时,在3.5%NaCl 盐雾介质中的腐蚀疲劳行为以及35CrMo 钢在3.5%NaCl 水溶液,0.1NHCl+3.5%NaCl 水溶液和空气中的腐蚀疲劳行为。结果表明,40CrNiMo 钢随回火温度升高,盐雾介质中腐蚀疲劳抗力增加,裂纹止裂倾向也增大。5.5Hz 时随介质的 pH 值降低,裂纹扩展加速。电镜断口观察表明,盐水介质腐蚀疲劳是以氢脆机制为主,盐雾介质疲劳是以阳极溶解机制为主。
