A new method, linear optimal method, for calculating the Antoine constant is presented. This method is simple and precise, especially there is no trouble for selection of the initial value.

本文提出了一种新的求取Antoine公式中三常数的优化方法—线性优化法。本方法具有计算简单、精度较高、无初值的选择问题等优点。

The correlated results were in good agreement with the experimental data and those in the literature. The vapor-liquid eqiuiblruim(VLE) data of benzene-athanol and n-heptane-ethanol binary systems under pressure of 101.3, 302.5,...

The saturated vapor pressures of benzene and ethanol in the range of 300-445K were determined seperately in the dual circulating vapor-liquid equilibrium device under pressure. The Antoine constants in the corresponding temperature range were obtained with linear optimization method. The correlated results were in good agreement with the experimental data and those in the literature. The vapor-liquid eqiuiblruim(VLE) data of benzene-athanol and n-heptane-ethanol binary systems under pressure of 101.3, 302.5, 506.8, 709.3, 810.6kPa were determined in the same device. The experimental data of benzene-n-heptane binary system under pressure were correlated. It is suitable to correlate these three binary systems with B-truncated Virial equatio for vapor and Wilson activity coefficient model for liquid phase in the pressure studied range. The VLE data under pressure for benzene-ethanol and n-heptane-ethanol binary systems were also correlated with azeotrope method, and good results were obtained.

用双循环式加压汽液平衡装置分别测定了苯和乙醇在300—445K范围内的饱和蒸气压,并用线性优化法求取了在实测温度范围内的Antoine常数。用同一装置测定了苯-乙醇、正庚烷-乙醇在101.3、302.5、506.8、709.3和810.6 kPa下的汽液相平衡数据。对实测数据及苯-正庚烷体系在相应压力下的汽液平衡数据进行了热力学关联,其中汽相用二阶维里方程,液相用Wilson、NRTL、UNIQUAC方程关联,同时还用共沸单点法对苯-乙醇、正庚烷-乙醇体系的实测数据进行了关联。两种关联方法的计算结果与实测值作了比较,均获得了较为满意的结果。

Taking a high-output diesel engine as example, three calculation methods for optimization of diesel engine in-cylinder processes were investigated theoretically in some detail. It was found that (1)S.L.P. is suited for rough estimation of diesel in-cylinder processes optimization; (2)S.U.M.T. is suited for elaborate optimization calculation of diesel in-cylinder processes with few variables; (3)O.N.O.M. has a wide adaptability, but needs much computer-time, and is suited for elaborate optimization calculation...

摘要本文以某大功率柴油机为计算实例,对适合于内燃机工作过程性能优化的三种计算方法进行了较为详细的理论探讨与研究,得出如下结论:①序列线性优化法适合于内燃机工作过程性能优化的粗略计算;②序列无约速极小化法适合于变量较少的内燃机工作过程性能优化的精细计算;③正交网格优化法的适应性较强,但计算时间较长,较适合于多变量内燃机工作过程性能优化的精细计算.
