In fumigation experiments with formaldehyde on the control of Armillariella tabescens,it was suggested hat the pathogen did not killed by a direct funi-gicidal action of the chemical,but which would weaken Armillariella ordiminish microflora and would stimulate development of a Trichoclermapopulation consisting predominantly of trains strongly antagonistic to apathogen.During 1975 to 1978,in field experiments with the use of 40% formalde-hyde×100 showed better effect to control this disease.

室内熏蒸试验,甲醛对根腐病的效果,只有暂时的抑制作用,但不能致死。将甲醛灌入不消毒土,根皮内的病菌大部分存活;若将甲醛施入不消毒土、病菌全部死亡。显然可见这是土壤微生物的拮抗作用起重要影响。由病土中分离出的木霉菌(Trichoclerma Pars.ex Fri)对根腐病菌Arm-illariella tabescens(Scop.ex Fr.)Singer有较强的拮抗作用,但土壤习居菌群群不利木霉生长。当土壤灌入甲醛之后,病菌的生势受抑,杂菌得较强的杀伤,但甲醛对木霉生长无碍,使病害防治效果显著提高。1978~1981年,田间试验,病树掘土30厘米深后,再用40%甲醛100倍液(工业品),树盘满灌,药害极小,病株疗效可达80%以上。

Seedling diseases were effectively controlled when seeds weretreated with suspensions of 5 strains,and the height, fresh weight, leaf nurnbers and stem-width of cotton seedling were significantly increased when compared with control or Ling-FuMixture(a chemical compound)treatment.Over 2~3Year’s trails in Jiangsu, Henan andShandong Provinces,similar results were obtained with C一62,C一37 and C一54 as a liquidof powder formula,with a general control efficiency of 40%~60%on rhizoctonia rot and an-thrax when seeds were dipped or coated at a dosages of 5%~25% of seed weight, and with.more rapid germination and quality of seedling.

Field exper-ments showed that the seadling-keeping effectiveness against the 3 kinds of undergroundpests before winter and the disease-preventing effectiveness in the following spring in-creased by 4.2%and 26.2%respectively compared with Phoxim. However, the differencebetween Banzhongwei and Triadimefon was not significant in the effectiveness of preventing and controlling the 3 kinds of wheat diseases. The demonstration results in large areasaccorded with the experimental results. Banzhongwei has shown significant effectiveness inincreasing the output of wheat。

研究了拌种威对麦田3种地下害虫(蛴螬、蝼蛄、金针虫)及小麦3种主要病害(纹枯病、白粉病、秆黑粉病)的保苗防病效果。结果表明,用拌种威处理种子后,小麦出苗整齐,叶色浓绿,出苗率比空白对照提高3.0%~5.5%;对麦田3种地下害虫的冬前保苗率和次春防治效果分别比辛硫磷提高4.2%和26.2%;对3种小麦病害的防治效果与单用三唑酮一致,无显著差异。大面积示范效果与室内、田间试验结果吻合。
