It was found that there was the phenomena of fibronesis increment and odontoblast mitogen and differentiation in pulp. 目的 建立细菌及内毒素( Lipopolysacchsride, L P S) 快速诱导大鼠实验性牙髓炎模型的方法。方法 采用口腔细菌与革兰氏阴性类杆菌 L P S联合运用, 以产生大鼠实验性牙髓炎, 并在其不同时期, 观察牙髓组织的病理变化及疾病发展过程。结果 (1) 细菌- L P S混合组较之生理盐水组, 除24h 时间段上无明显差异外, 其它各时间段上牙髓组织充血、水肿、炎性浸润均明显甚于生理盐水组。(2) 牙髓内共存有纤维增生以及成纤维细胞向成牙本质细胞增殖分化等牙髓组织修复现象。结论 细菌- L P S 联合运用可快速诱导产生大鼠实验性牙髓炎

Methods: Sixteen rat molars by application of LPS were removed from the jaws after 24h、72h、120h and 168h respectively. They were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and observed under microscope. Aim: To establish and investigate the models of pulpitis by application of Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and so on. Methods: Sixteen rat molars by application of LPS were removed from the jaws after 24h、72h、120h and 168h respectively. They were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and observed under microscope. Results: The acute supprative inflammation was observed in the pulps by application of all kinds of methods. The pulps exposed by LPS were the most typical pulpitis in the same time. Conclutions: The models of rat pulpitis could be established by all kinds of methods. We had better choice different methods according to different aims.

目的:采用单纯开放和LPS诱导等方法建立大鼠磨牙实验性牙髓炎模型,并对它们进行比较和评价。方法:充分利用大鼠磨牙,采用单纯开放法和LPS涂布大鼠磨牙牙髓的方法,分别观察牙髓在几种不同刺激条件下的组织病理学反应。结果:几种方法均能成功地造成牙髓炎症,同一时间LPS开放组炎症最重,进展最快,在1周内各组炎症随时间的推移不断发展。结论:单纯开放和LPS诱导均能成功地建立大鼠牙髓炎模型,联合运用可在较短的时间内造成牙髓炎症,提示应该根据不同的实验目的和需求选用不同的建模方法。
