injiang Uygur Autonomous Region has stipulated that iodine content in iodized salt supplied to north Xinjiang must be 30 ppm.The iodized salt produced by the biggest production base of iodized salt in Xinjiang,Yanhu Chemical Plant,was monitored by the Surveilance Centre of Iodine Deficiency Disorders(IDD)of Xin-jiang,China.The monitoring results showed that mean iodine contents in shattered crude and fine iodized salt were 12.63 and 12.00 ppm,respectively.The outputs of shattered crude and fine iodized salt were 3 972.00and 5 079.20 tons individually with consuming 139.40 and 178.50kg KIO3,one by one during the first half year in 1992;so,the mean iodine contents in crude and fine salt were 17.74 and 18.75 ppm,separately,and the mean loss rates of iodine in crude and fine salt were 16.09%and 12.31%。Since KIO3 replaced KI,and it was used to produce iodized salt all over the country in 1990,the content of iodized salt has been calculated by KIO3 in the Plant.Therefore,if the criteria of iodine concentration used before was calculated by this method,1t was actually lowered by 40.5%,this was also the main cause of going up again of IDD prevalence in endem- ic areas. Hence,we suggested that the calculating standard by I-of iodine content of iodized salt be maintained and that the technological process of iodine addition in iodized salt production be improved to decrease differ- ence between lots of iodized salt and loss of iodine.

新疆维吾尔自治区规定北疆地区碘盐的加碘比例为30ppm,1992年自治区IDD监测中心对新疆最大的碘盐生产基地──盐湖化工厂生产的碘盐进行了监测,其结果分别为粉洗精细加碘盐平均加碘比例为12.00ppm,粉碎粗制加碘盐为12.63ppm。上半年其生产粉洗精细加碘盐为5079.2吨,用KIO3178.5kg,平均加碘比例为18.75ppm,平均碘的损失率12.31%;共生产粉碎粗制加碘盐3972.00吨,用KIO3139.4kg,平均加碘比例为17.74ppm,平均碘的损失率为16.09%。自从1990年全国用碘酸钾代替碘化钾以来,盐厂将加碘比例改为以碘酸钾来计,这实际上将原来的加碘比例降低了40.5%,也是病区病情回升的主要原因。故建议应需维持原来以碘离子计算的加碘比例,改进加碘工艺,降低批间差异,减少碘的丢失。

[目的]为基层实验室找到一种夏季测定水中碘化物的可行方法。[方法]2004年3月采用提高砷铈反应溶液的酸度的同时提高水浴温度,使砷铈反应在碘离子的催化下维持一个较平稳的反应速度,从而测定碘离子的浓度。[结果]该方法的检出限为10ug/L,回收率为89.0%~95.7%,RSD为1.6%~7.4%,该方法与国标法比较无显著性差异。[结论]该方法可在高温季节测定水中碘化物,可靠实用。

目的探讨应用紫外分光光度法测定饮用水中碘离子的方法及测量条件的选择。方法利用溴水定量氧化I-生成IO3-,再用甲酸除去过量的溴,IO3-在过量碘化物存在下氧化I-产生3倍摩尔量的I3-,在紫外光区的286 nm具有最大吸收,并在345 nm处另有一略低的吸收峰,2ε86=1.3×105L.mol-1.cm-1,ε345=8.1×104L.mol-1.cm-1,均具有很高的灵敏度。结果I-浓度与其吸光值在10~100μg.L-1范围内成线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.9990(286 nm处)和0.9991(345 nm处)。结论用于饮用水中微量碘离子的测定,方法简便、快速,结果准确。
