Study on reformulation of fluid catalytic cracking gasoline and increasing production of light olefins
      
The experimental results showed that FCC gasoline was obviously reformulated under appropriate reaction conditions.
      
The olefins (olefins with C atom number above 4) content of FCC gasoline was markedly reduced, and the aromatics content and octane number were increased.
      
The upgraded gasoline met the new standard of gasoline, and meanwhile, higher yields of light olefins were obtained.

On the development of coal-based alternative energy sources the author propels (1) effort should be concentrated on the engineering design of Lurgi and Texaco coal gasification processes and its equipment manufacture; (2) on the development of alcohols as an alternative energy source the related acientific research institutions in China should be organized to accelerate the development of mixed alcohols of low carbons while tackling the key problems of large-sized methanol units; (3) in areas with abun dant coal but poor oil resources, idle small fertilizer plants should be transformed with two-stage modified F-Tand AMISTG processes to produce gasoline;(4) policy should be promulgated to foster the production of shale; (5) the development of fine coal water slurry and preparations for its test runs.

The effect of plate spacing and phase flow rate on tray efficiency in sievetray extraction column was investigated. The system studied was 8.8% NaOH-mercaptan-gasoline, mercaptan being continuously extracted from the gasoline by the dispersed caustic solution. Experimental results indicated the tray efficiency was dependent on the superficial velocity of continuous phase and dispersed phaes, and was markedly increased with plate spacing.

Engler distillation is very important in determining the composition char- acteristic of petroleum fractions and in correlating physical properties of them.The proposed mathematical model for Engler distillation is based upon the fact that petroleum fractions are composed of quasi-infinite number of pseudo-differential components.In this study,the spline function technique is employed for working out an efficient numerical procedure.The main para- meter of the model is identified through the Hooke-Jeeves'pattern...

Engler distillation is very important in determining the composition char- acteristic of petroleum fractions and in correlating physical properties of them.The proposed mathematical model for Engler distillation is based upon the fact that petroleum fractions are composed of quasi-infinite number of pseudo-differential components.In this study,the spline function technique is employed for working out an efficient numerical procedure.The main para- meter of the model is identified through the Hooke-Jeeves'pattern search optimization algorithm,and the empirical equation for estimating the para- meter is determined by statistical analysis of experimental data.The average relative error of the proposed simulation method is 1.59% for 200 data from 17 Daqing gasoline and kerosene fractions while the conventional Edmister graphs give errors over 3.25% for the same stocks.

恩氏蒸馏数据是表述油品组成的重要基础数据,在关联各种物性和进行有关油品加工计算时常要用到。基于石油馏分由无数虚拟微组分构成的概念,本文导出了恩氏蒸馏过程的一种数学模型,并利用样条函数技术开发了一套数值求解算法。作者又用模式搜索的优化方法辨识出模型的参数,最后通过对实验数据的统计分析确定了用以预估参数值的回归方程。用本模型对大庆汽油和煤油共17种油品200个恩氏蒸馏数据点预测值的平均相对误差为1.59%,而同样油品按目前沿用的 Edmister 关联图预测的误差则为3.25%.
