Study on reformulation of fluid catalytic cracking gasoline and increasing production of light olefins

Increasing the camshaft angle from 104°15' to106°45' was found to raise both power and torque. The single barrel carburetor waschanged to double barrel differential action one. The total effect of these above changes is that the engine horsepower is increased by 17. 9%, torque by 12. 1%, andfuel consumption is reduced by 16. 8% on the altitude mentioned above.Road test was conducted at an altitude of 1900m with different engine and axleratio service tests were also conducted Data recorded included amount of fuel used,temperature of engine coolant, lubricant, gear box and rear axle lubricant temperatures, etc. to confirm these improvements. Raising the rear axle gear ratio from 6. 33to 6. 83 was found to be good allround, but further tests and observations are required to confirm improvements in fuel consumption during actual usage.

本文介绍云南公路的海拔高度等情况,和提高东风EQ-140型货车性能的途径。首先在海拔高度1500米进行发动机台架试验以确定较好的压缩比、凸轮轴夹角、与化油器型式,最后确定当使用66汽油时,压缩比为7.2,凸轮轴夹角为106°45′,和H201型双腔差动式化油器为较好。按上述参数改进的发动机与原型发动机进行了装车整车性能与使用试验。并有后桥减速比原车的6.33和增加到6.83两种速比,试验时测出时间、距离、油耗量以及发动机冷却液,机油,变速器和后桥润滑剂的温度等,证明上述改进有较好的效果。用较大的减速比也有利,但尚需进行更长期的使用观察对比。

In this paper, modifications on Jie Fong truck engines in order to imptore fuel economy by the First Automobile Factory are described, Meanwhile some device, including changing of the L-head gas engine to Ⅰ-head and developing a new diesel engine etc. which might be used to improve fuel ecomomy of Jie Fong trucks in service are suggested。

Engine bench tests showed that minimum fuel consumption at WOP was reduced by 9.21%.Subsequent road tests proved that there is no noticeable difference between the truck with the improved engine and the original one in acceleration and maximum speed, but fuel consumption both in constant speed test and service was reduced by more than 10%.For further raising compression ratio and power output or lowering fuel consumption, a new aluminum alloy head is now under development.

由于市场上已有较高辛烷值的汽油(66号改为70号马达法),CA-10B侧置气门发动机有必要提高压缩比。为了对原有发动机进行改造,第一汽车厂作了大量的试验工作。方法是将气缸盖表面减薄1~1.5毫米,使压缩比从6.0提高到6.4,功率提高5%,最大扭矩提高1.35%。外特性最低耗油率降低2.86%。为进一步降低油耗节省能源,采用了新研制的较小喉管的化油器,保持了原有的功率和扭矩,外特性最低油耗降低9.21%。 道路试验证明装用新型化油器和提高压缩比发动机的货车与原型车比较动力性能没有可以分辨的差别,燃油经济性无论等速试验与使用试验都可降低10%以上。 为了进一步提最压缩比和功率或再降低油耗,现正在试验铝合金气缸盖。
