Since we cannot obtain the internal parameters and noise parameters of IC operational amplifiers easily, and the circuit of operational amplifiers is also complicated, it is difficult to use this method for electronic design of low noise operational amplifiers. 对于晶体管(场效应管)的低噪声设计,目前采用的方法是根据器件内部参数来计算最佳源电阻,最佳工作电流及信号工作频率。这种方法很难用于集成运算放大器的低噪声设计。因为对于集成运算放大器,不仅无法准确提取器件内部参数及噪声參数,而且噪声电路的计算也极为复杂。因此,其噪声系数图(NF图)及最佳工作参数的设计只能依据对E_n(f)及I_n(f)的测试来解决。本文提出了用FFT分析仪及计算机组成的噪声测试系统,来测量E_n(f)及I_n(f)。并编制了相应的应用软件,实现了对低噪声运算放大器的NF图计算,从而得到了器件工作在最佳噪声性能时的源电阻及信号工作频率。本文给出了对LFC3集成运算放大器的低噪声设计结果。 The principle and applications of 70MHz 0—π phase modulator are briefly described, the system design of 0—π phase modulator, the calculations of partial circuit and debugging methods are mainly presented.
