本文通过对40例外伤性耳聋的症状、病变和听力检查,重点讨论了鼓膜损伤所致的听力障碍,其损伤程度不超过50dB,给法医学鉴定中耳损伤程度提供了客观数据。进一步验证了ABR检查在判定听力损失的意义,对夸大、伪聋的识别优于其它听力检查。从临床耳聋程度分类法就《人体重伤鉴定标准(试行)》中,关于听力损伤的重伤标准进行了探讨。

作者观察参战4月后远程炮兵279人及近程炮兵156人的鼓膜改变,并对442耳行声阻抗测听。爆震对鼓膜损伤的晚期改变主要为内陷,次为混浊及萎缩。平均静态声顺值为1.06,鼓定图A型占76.6%、AD型占21.1%。两类炮兵间不同频率声反射阈比较仅4000Hz有显著差异,提示语言在频率范围内,爆震对两类炮兵的客观听力损伤大致相同,而高频听力损伤近程炮兵大于远程炮兵。
