Techniques for controling sulfur oxides emission in FCC flue gas were explored and the characteristics of three kinds of technologies were compared. These technologies include regenerator flue gas treatment, use of SO_x transfer agent and hydrotreating of FCC feedstock. The investment cost for regenerator flue gas treatment is much more with a SO_x removal percent reaches up to about 90%. The investment cost of feedstock hydrotreating is the highest with a SO_x removal approaches that of regenerator flue gas treatment, but both yield and quality of product can be improved. The use of SO_x transfer agent needs not any investment cost except the cost for assistant expense, and the SO_x removal is 40%-80%. In general, when the sulfur content in FCC feedstock is less than 0.5%, the SO_x transfer agent should be used. While the sulfur content is 0.5%-1.5%, the regenerator flue gas treatment is suitable. For sulfur content more than 1.5%, hydrotreating of FCC feedstock or regenerative wet caustic washing method of the BELCO Company is adoptable.

The reason of CGO hydrotreatment as FCC feedstock was described In the article. FH-5 catalyst was used to hydrotreat CGO. Content of sulfurnitrogen basic nitrogen was decreased greatly, hydrodesulfurization rate reached 92.8 %, denitrification rate 69.8 % and basic nitrogen removalrate 82.4 %. Product slate was obviously improved after the hydrotreated CGO was mixed with VGO as FCC feedstock. Yield of gasoline was obviously improved and quality of gasoline was enhanced evidently.

介绍了焦化蜡油作催化裂化原料加氢处理的原因。利用FH - 5催化剂处理焦化蜡油 ,生成油硫含量从 85 0 0 μg g降到 6 1 5 μg g ,脱硫率 92 .8% ;氮含量从 4 30 0 μg g降到 1 70 0 μg g ,脱氮率6 9.8% ;碱氮含量从 1 90 1 μg g降到 335 μg g ,脱碱氮率 82 .4 %。催化裂化掺炼加氢焦化蜡油后 ,干气、油浆、焦炭的收率降低 ,汽油收率提高
