In this paper, the technical characteristics of text/graphics segmentation of engineering drawings, its critical steps and basic processing framework are analyzed. The SegChar, a practical tool for automatic text/graphics segmentation developed by the authors, is presented. The emphasis is put on two technical respects: (1) the automatic text size threshold method, which makes the processing procedure automatic and intelligent; (2) the probing strategy for extraction of text strings of arbitrary direction and length, which can extract Chinese/Western character strings integrally, and enhances its performance in processing speed, space complexity by introducing the concepts of accurate HOUGH space requirements, collinear relaxation and the string based HOUGH field refreshing method. The performance evaluation of SegChar is given finally.

A new algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm and least square criterion were proposed in this paper. To insure the result be a global optimization, a Genetic Algorithm was used to get an appropriate initial position. With the result of ICP algorithm, an error threshold was constructed to filtrate the points set, in this way, the local high distortions points were eliminated, and then the transform matrix was gotten. Transforming the initial points set with the matrix, a perfect matching result could be achievied. The following examples showed that the matching results were better than those of the routine ICP method.

针对基于最小二乘法的 ICP曲面匹配算法难以处理待比较曲面的局部大变形问题 ,提出一种改进算法。即采用遗传算法确定曲面初始相对位置以保证匹配优化结果为全局最优值 ,利用 ICP算法匹配结果构造偏差阈值 ,以此阈值过滤点群后再以最小二乘法进行匹配处理 ,消除局部大变形影响 ,获得合理的变换矩阵。以此变换矩阵变换初始点群再进行误差计算 ,从而获得理想的匹配结果。试验表明 ,该准则对局部大变形的处理效果优于常规的最小二乘 ICP曲面匹配算法。

The selection of the guide star is a crucial part of an advanced star tracker design because the performance and reliability of star pattern recognition and attitude determination depend on the guide star selection.To generate a desirable mission catalog,a novel method of the automatic selection of guide star,the regression selection algorithm,was presented in this paper.With the creation of distribution function of the dynamic visual magnitude threshold (VMT), the static VMT in the traditional visual magnitude filtering method was replaced by the dynamic VMT.The high dimensional and nonlinear dynamic VMT distribution function was easily solved by the support vector machines (SVM),which based on the statistical learning theory.The experiment results demonstrate that the guide star catalog identified by the proposed algorithm has a lot of advantages,including fewer total numbers,smaller catalog size and better distribution uniformity.As a powerful method,it also flexibly meets the different tasks.

在导航星表的建立过程中 ,由于恒星的数量太多 ,往往要进行筛选 ,通常这种选择复杂费时 ,而结果往往并不是最优的。本文引入了动态星等阈值分布函数 ,将传统星等阈值过滤算法中的静态阈值用动态星等阈值代替 ,建立了一种新的动态星等阈值过滤选择模式。而基于统计学习理论的支持向量机方法为求解高维非线性动态星等阈值分布函数提供了新的途径。本文讨论了这种基于支持向量机的导航星自动选择算法——回归选取算法。实验表明 ,用该算法所选取的导航星表 ,导航星数量少、分布均匀性好。同时它还能适应多种任务的导航星选取要求 ,具有很强的通用性。
