After the treated male rats were given GTW by gastric gavage for 30 to 80 days. the studieswere undertaken to observe successively the morphologic changes of testes and epididymides,the changesof ALP、ACP、3β-HSD and LDH-C_4.Meanwhile the reversibility of male anti-fertility effect was alsoobserved.
