As temperature rised, the thin-frozen part melted, the ground watts under pressure gushed out. This phenomenon disappeared with the thawing of frozen soil.study of 15 wells in jilin and the juncture of Liaoning and Jilin province gives a background of the water level changes . it is believed that the long-term decrease of water table in Jiaohe well and the long term increase in siping well were in normal state and hat little relation with tectonic stress.
