Chinese word has its own usage frequency rule in the text, slightly different from English word.According to the classification of text, this paper proposed the set-based approach on Chinese word index.Following the results of some experimenis on comparing with the single-value method, the set-based method can reduce index space and accelerate retrieve speed, its efficiency can be enhanced later.In this paper, an analytical model was established for study purpose.

根据汉字在文献中使用的频度和分布规律,利用图书分类的原则,提出了基于汉字在成组(连续索引号)文献中出现的集合索引方案。与基于单值表达的常规索引方案作了比较,并对一类短语料进行了实验,给出了部分比较结果以及索引调整的一些分析结果。模拟图书分类中汉字非均匀分布的特点,从理论上分析文献索引各参量间的关系。分析表明,集合索引法与单值表达索引相比,能够显著提高素引效率,减少索引空间,还可进行随机动态调整。

This paper first discusses the existing techniques for indexing object-oriented databases and analyzes the reasons that the traditional indexing techniques based on values are not suitable for indexing ordered sets. And then a new indexing mechanism, called P+ tree, is presented for Indexing ordered sets in object-oriented database systems. In order to test the performance of indexing ordered sets, a benchmark is proposed with which the indexing mechanism presented in the paper is analyzed and evaluated.

本文首先讨论了面向对象数据库系统中的索引技术,分析了传统的基于值的索引技术不适合于用来索引有序集合的原因,然后提出了一种新的适合于有序集合的索引机制──P+树.同时本文也设计了一个用于测试有序集合索引机制的评价基准,根据该测试基准对本文提出的索引机制进行了系统的分析与评价.

Our architecture defines low-level enquiry and registration protocols that make it easy toincorporate individual entities into information structures, including aggregate directories supporting different query languages and dis-covery strategies. These protocols can also be combined with other Grid protocols to construct additional higher-level services and cap-abilities such as brokering, monitoring, fault detection and troubleshooting .

网格技术使得广泛的大规模的资源共享成为可能。在如此分布、多样、动态的网格环境中,信息服务成为任何网格软件框架的重要部分,它为发现和监控提供了最根本的机制,也因此为系统规划应用行为奠定了基础。介绍的信息服务系统结构,明确了底层查询和注册协议以及优化方法,从而简了化单个实体纳入(包括支持不同查询语言和发现策略的集合索引)信息结构的过程。
