The results show that there exists descending trends of precipitation on the northeast side of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau during recent half a century, especialy during recent 10 years.

By using each month precipitation data of 6 stations recent 22 years and 2 stations recent 30 years in Taiyuan,this article applied two kinds of methods of climate tendency index and precipitation departure of 3 years running mean to study the interannual change tendency of precipitation.It noted that recent 22 years the precipitation over plain and mountainous areas showed reduced tendency and recent 10 years this tendency were more obvious in spring,summer and autumn.

The results show that there are different tends about the change of air temperature over the region in four seasons in recent 50 years. The climatic tend coefficents in spring summer, autumn and winter are 0.16, -0.08, -0.02 and 0.29, respectively. The warming trend in winter is obvious and cooling trend in summer which have different periodics. The air temperature anomaly in summer exist 3.6 year dominant periods, and others are 2.5-and 5-years, but for winter, the main periods are 6.3- and 3.3- years.

利用近50年(1951—1999年)中国160个测站的气温资料,通过距平、二项式系数加权平均法、最大熵谱、小波分析等方法,对江南地区气温的年际和年代际变化等特征进行了分析。结果表明,近50年间江南四季气温的变化趋势有所不同,春、夏、秋、冬季气温的气候趋势系数分别为0.16,-0.08,-0.02和0.29,冬季及春季变暖较明显,夏秋季则稍稍变凉。各季气温变化的周期也不相同,夏季气温异常表现为3.6年的主周期和2.5年、5年的次周期,冬季气温异常表现为6.3年主周期和3.3年的次周期。
