Then the concept of membership grade, the control thought for sentences proposed by Zaden is developed by author. As the basis of this method, the pattern subsetsare first constructed the discrimination processes are perfomed on thesubsets. Among the entire recognition process,the structure analysisis primary and the Q-attributes matching is secondery. The structureanalysis can be divided into macro-structure analysis and micro-str-ucture analysis.The mathematical models for finding Q-attributes invarious subsets are also given. The preliminary tests show that the me-thod yields better perormance and more tolerance to the variation ofhand writing as compared with the earlier method(1).

本文是[1]的续篇。讨论建立在[1]基础上的兼容结构分析与加权特征字匹配的手写文字识别方法。构造模式子集是该方法的基础。识别过程中,以结构分析识别为主,加权特征字匹配决策为辅。结构分析包括宏观、微观结构分析两种形式。试验表明,本方法不仅具有较强的识别能力,且给人们以较大的书写自由度。

DMODM is a model that can solve a sort of decisive optimization problems which are formed by discrete values of a number of decisive variables and have multicriteria for assessment of alternatives. This essay briefly describes the principle, solving methods-dominated approximation method and reference point approach of the model, as well as its application and effect in the National Environmental Quality Decision Support System (NEQDSS).

离散型多准则最优化决策模型(简称DMODM)是解决由有限决策变量离散取值生成的、评价准则为多个的一类决策优化问题的模型。与目前常见的决策模型或方法相比,该模型具有适应性强、交互式过程、吸收决策者的参与以及离散性和求解速度快等特点。本文简要地介绍了该模型的原理及其两种求解方法,并具体描述了国家环境质量决策支持系统(简称NEQDSS)选择该模型的依据、决策过程、具体数学模型的选择与匹配、决策控制变量确定与取值,以及决策目标确定和交互式过程等应用情况。最后对该模型在NEQDSS中的应用效果作了总结评价。
