This paper will dis-cuss a laser sharing scheme to reduce system cost while improving system reliability.In the loop applications, by the use of wavelength division multiplexer, external modulator and polarization control, one can eliminate the need of placing a dedicated optical source at each customer's site.For delivery of CATV services, one can modulate laser current with the FM composite signal consisting of multiple TV channels, then broad-casting it to a multitude of users using a cascade of passive optical splitters.The proposed optical power sharing scheme is, to a large extent, analogous to today's DC loop power plant. The sharing of optical power will potentially enable the subscribers to enjoy inexpensive and reliable wideband services promised by single-mode fibers.

In this paper,the relative energy spectrum distributions and illuminance of four electrical lights, such as the dysprosium lamp for greenhouse and the daylight fluorescence lamps in plant tissue culture works and the plant fluorescence lamp etc., were determined.
