The results show that the value of ecological system service rose from 7168.12×10~6$ to 7542.47×10~6$ from 1992 to 1999,but reduced to 7145.53×10~6$ dramatically from 1999 to 2003.The annual alteration rate of the value of ecological system service is 1.3%,much higher than the total alteration rate of 0.08%.
