The temperature susceptibility of asphalt includes temperature sensitivity, stability in high temperature, crack resistance in low temperature. The temperature susceptibility of asphalt includes temperature sensitivity, stability in high temperature, crack resistance in low temperature. In this paper the temperature susceptibility by means of penetration index PI , viscidity temperature index VTS and penetration viscidity index PVN was studied. The conclusion showed that the ordering was not unanimous completely. Compared with original asphalt, the temperature susceptibility of regenerating asphalt was close to or excel to new asphalt (LIAOHE AH-90), which showed that the effect of regenerating was satisfactory. Reasonable suggestions about how to improve the temperature susceptibility of asphalt and discuss which appraising index should be adopted were suggested.

道路沥青的感温性主要包括温度敏感性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性。采用针入度粘度指数(PVN)法、粘温指数(VTS)法和针入度指数(PI)法分别考察了再生沥青的感温性。结论表明,三种方法排序并不完全一致,但与原沥青相比较而言,再生沥青的感温性与新沥青(辽河AH-90)相接近,有的甚至优于新沥青,这说明其再生效果较理想。对如何改善再生沥青的感温性能提出了合理的建议,同时对沥青感温性的评价指标作了探讨。

Indexes of low temperature stability are Fraass breaking point and equivalent Fraass breaking point. The experimental results show that Liao-shu 1~# and 2~# asphalts have preferably temperature sensitivity compared with other country company and accord with the Q/SHR003-1998 and Q/SHR004-1998 standards.

 在总结了国内外相关文献的基础上,介绍和论述了评价道路沥青感温性的各项指标,并利用针入度指数对辽河油田曙光一区的超稠原油生产的道路沥青的感温性进行了评价,同时与国内外一些品牌的沥青进行比较。评价道路沥青感温性的指标包括针入度指数PI、针入度粘度指数、粘温指数等;评价沥青高温稳定性的指标有软化点、当量软化点;评价沥青低温性能的指标有脆点和当量脆点等。实验结果表明,辽曙一区原油研制的1号和2号高等级道路沥青的PI值、当量软化点和当量脆点符合中国石油化工集团公司Q/SHR003-1998和Q/SHR004-1998标准,与国外一些公司的标准相比,具有较好的感温性。
