As a new production technique of yellow cake,resorption with loaded resin elution with acid ammonium nitrate precipitation in two steps is studied.The results show that the produced yellow cake by the new production technique has better performance of settlement,filtration and dehydration.Each index of yellow cake accords with the first grade level issued by CNNC without washing,uranium and water content are 70% and 25%,respectively.

研究了负载树脂再吸附 -酸性硝酸铵淋洗 -二步沉淀生产重铀酸盐的新工艺。结果表明 ,该工艺生产的黄饼具有良好的沉降过滤和脱水性能。不经洗涤 ,黄饼各项指标均符合原核工业部部颁一级品标准 ,w(U) >70 % ,w(水 )≈ 2 5 %。

The reaction mechanism precipitating uranium from the acid eligible solution eluted by NH4NO3 is described using NH4HCO3 as precipitant.The effects of the temperature, pH value, velocity of adding solution, mixing intensity, return times of the serosity on the precipitate are also studied. At 60 ℃, the acid eligible solution is precipitated at the same pH value of 56~58 and the NH4HCO3 precipitants concentration is 150 g/L. Then, maintaining the temperature at 100 ℃ for 10 minutes, CO2 is got rid...

描述了以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂从酸性硝酸铵淋洗合格液中沉淀铀的反应机理,探索了温度、pH值、加料速度、搅拌强度、浆体返回次数对沉淀产品的影响。在温度60℃、pH5 6~5 8时,ρ(NH4HCO3)为150g/L。恒pH连续沉淀,在100℃下维持10min驱除CO2,沉淀母液中ρ(U)<10mg/L,产品中w(U)在70%左右,w(SO42-)为0 65%,w(H2O)为25 2%,优于1998年颁布的一级品标准。
