The flame—retardant effect of compound containing phosphorus and chlorine (or nitrogen)on the flexible polyurethane foams has been studied. The results show: (1)Phosphorus in combination with chlorine (or nitrogen)enhances distinctly its flame—retardant efficiency, when the fire retardant content of flexible PU foams amounts to 11%—12%, its flame retardant grade comes up to GB 10800—89/I; (2)The group containing phosphorus and nitrogen in conjunction with PU could decelerate the escape of fire retardant,thus...

The flame—retardant effect of compound containing phosphorus and chlorine (or nitrogen)on the flexible polyurethane foams has been studied. The results show: (1)Phosphorus in combination with chlorine (or nitrogen)enhances distinctly its flame—retardant efficiency, when the fire retardant content of flexible PU foams amounts to 11%—12%, its flame retardant grade comes up to GB 10800—89/I; (2)The group containing phosphorus and nitrogen in conjunction with PU could decelerate the escape of fire retardant,thus lasting flame—retardance of the material; so,it points out a new way for the study of the flame—retardant technique.

较全面地研究了含磷和氯(或氮)的化合物对软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的阻燃作用,表明:(1)磷与氯或氨复配的协同阻燃效应能明显提高其阻燃效率,当其阻燃剂用量为11%—12%时,PU软泡的阻燃性达到GB10800—89阻燃一级;(2)使含磷氮阻燃基团结合在PU分子中,能降低阻燃剂的逃失性,从而提高材料阻燃耐久性,为阻燃技术的研究指出一条新途径。

It is important to explore flame retarding synergism on flame-retardance techniques of flexible polyurethane foams. In the article, examples are blends of CR and melamine, CR and corn starch, and aluminium hydrate and melamine. CR and corn starch show synergism within a certain scale, and the others do not show synergism.

阻燃剂复配及协同阻燃效应的研究是聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料(以下简称软泡)阻燃技术的重要内容之一。本文就CR(氯代磷酸酯)与三聚氰胺、CR与玉米淀粉以及氢氧化铝与三聚氰胺复配在通用聚氨酯软泡上的阻燃作用进行了研究,并对结果作了一定分析。
