In this paper,mesh remeshing and refinement techniques on metal forming FEM analysis are disoussed in detail.Many methods used in each step for mesh remeshing are analysized and compared.For state variables transformation between the old meshes and new meshes,a direct interpolation transformation method is introduced which deduce the transformation errors.It is sucessfully used in adaptive numerical simulation of flanges forming.

本文较系统的分析和论述了金属成形有限元数值模拟中网格自动重分及细化技术。对重分各步骤中所用的方法进行了分析和比较。对状态参量在新旧网格之间的传递提出直接插值法,减少了传递误差,并成功地用于法兰成形自适应数值模拟中。

The paper describes the development of an automatic, 2D quadrilateral element mesh generator. The key is that the domain to be meshed is subdivided finitely until only quadrilateral elements are left. Some techniques concerning linear discretization, identifying best splitting line are improved in detail. The users need only designate the boundary of the region and preferred element size along the boundary before the mesh, quadridlateral mesh with some transition elements connecting the finer and coarser areas...

本文对四边形网格生成法中的边界偏移、最优分割线确定等关键技术作了改进。在该方法中,用户只需指定区域的边界以及边界上的单元尺寸,就可以生成疏密自然过渡的四边形网格。它可与二维刚塑性有限元程序集成为具有网格自动重分功能的有限元模拟系统。利用系统对火车车轮预成形过程进行了模拟,结果表明该网格生成法通用性强,自动化程度高。
