综述了中国铁路在新的发展时期所面临的主要环境保护问题。包括列车运行噪声、电磁干扰、铁路沿线污染带、与城市规划的衔接、山区铁路产生的水土流失等生态环境失调等内容。提出了环境对铁路技术的要求及加强环境保护的具体措施。

Based on the characteristics of running/wheel noise source,submitted the calculation method of the attenuation of running/wheel noise under the condition of finite barriers and line source,which was testified by measurement results.The results showed that the calculation method was effective and reliable,the error was not more than 3 dB generally.

本文的目的是针对列车运行噪声源特性,给出有限长声屏障线声源情况下声衰减值的计算方法。通过分析研究国内外已有成果,提出一种计算简便的方法,并通过铁路沿线3种典型建筑群内的实测结果,予以了验证。结果表明,本文所用计算方法是可行和可靠的,误差基本不大于3dB。

In order to get the correct Insertion Loss(IL)of sound barrier of Shanghai track-traffic, first time in China, used a real measurement model (ratel:1), under diffenent distances and height to set 13 measuring points, at each point eight times of effect of sound barrier on different materials have been measured. Actual simulation obtained a lot of useful data which are significant and could be used for reducing noise pollution of track-traffic.

上海市轨道交通明珠线在国内首次采用1:1实况模拟形式进行了长度为250m的声屏障试验工程,按不同距离、高度设置13个测点,在各测点上做了8次不同材质结构的声屏障效果测试。实况模拟获得的大量数据资料和结论,对降低轨道交通的列车运行噪声有着积极的现实意义。
