A permanent cell line (AGZY-83-α) was established from the metastatic cancer specimen of a human lung adenocarcinoma. The cell line was characterized by the organoid growth of epithelioid cells with dark stained abnormal nuclei, multiple nu- cleoli, numerous mitotic figures as well as multinuclear malignant giant cells. The mitotic index was 59%, the chromosome number was between 65 and 69 by and large, the model chromosome number was 68. It was considered sub-triploid, and was easy to agglutinate with concanavalin....

The cellular morphology of specimens of nude mice inoculation was similar to the primary lung cancer. Transmission electron microscopic examination revealed some characteristics of adenocarcinoma, such as many secretory granules and intracellular cavity. Scanning electron microscopic examination re- vealed cellular polymorphism, with numerous mitotic figures and some tumor giant cells. Numerous microvilli with varying length of filariform pseudopodium project from the free surfaces of the cells. Abnormal nuclear membrane enfolding and interdigi- tation of the cells surface were marked. Heterotransplantation of the cells induce tumor growth. These characteristics confirm that AGZY-83-α cell line is a human lung adenocarcinoma cell line.

本细胞系简称AGZS-83-α,来自一例肺癌患者的转移癌标本,取癌组织进行体外培养而得,其细胞形态为上皮性,加上细胞核的异形核浓染,多核仁及多核巨细胞,活跃的分裂相等特点,符合恶性细胞,有丝分裂指数高达59%,染色体数在65~69之间,染色体众数为68,为亚三倍体。易被刀豆球蛋白发生凝集。BALB/C小鼠接种标本的细胞形态与原肺癌病理标本相似。在透射电镜下,胞浆内有大量细胞器分泌颗粒及“细胞内腔”等腺癌的特征。在扫描电镜下,显示细胞多型性,有多数核分裂相,并有瘤巨细胞,各形瘤细胞表面,均布满皱襞,及大量微绒毛,长短不等的丝状伪足;各增殖期的细胞表面,有大量的泡状突起,及吸盘状,杯口状凹陷。AGZY-83-α细胞系的生物性质,表明它保留了人体肺癌的特点。

为调查卡托普利(Cap)的特殊血管效应和探讨其机制,用电镜和图象技术观察口服Cap对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)主动脉平滑肌细胞(ASMC)超微结构和Ca2+的影响。用Cap治疗SHR16wk,降低主动脉中膜厚度(104.7±6.6μmvs135.7±8.1μm)和改善ASMC的异常超微结构征象如异形核、线粒体肿胀和管状结构扩张以及降低ASMCCa2+浓度。故Cap有阻止SHR主动脉中膜肥厚和改善SHRASMC异常性超微结构的特殊血管效应。而降ASMCCa2+可能部分与它的特殊效应有关。
