本文研究了一株新菌种——井式假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas wellantypicum)的培养方法.并对由该培养物提取的脱色酶的活性作了试验.脱色速度在12—24小时之间表现最大;脱色最适宜pH为7.0;脱色最适宜温度为45℃;70℃处理后失去脱色活性;半胱氨酸对脱色活性有一定的激活作用.该脱色酶制剂同时具有琼脂水解活性、蛋白质水解活性、淀粉水解活性、木聚糖水解活性和羧甲基纤维素水解活性.

The properties of immobilized and native cells of Bacillius cereus No. 45 were studied. It was demonstrated that both cells were thermal stable and the optimum temperature for enzymatic reaction was 37℃. The optimum pH of enzymatic reaction appeared to be in the range of 7-10 for native cells and 5-10 for immobilized ones. The enzymatic activity of these cells for decolorization increased remarkably during the incubation in a solution of 50ppm acid red B at 37℃. The activity of immobilized cells remained constant...

The activity of immobilized cells remained constant after 52 days of storage at 4-6℃. An immobilized cell column has been used for continuous treatment of an acid red B solution for 14 days, with an influent concentration of 42.1 ppm, the average removability was 87%.

研究并比较了蜡状芽孢杆菌45号自然细胞和固定化细胞的某些性质。结果表明,该菌株的两种细胞脱色反应的最适温度均为37℃,热稳定性良好。在50ppm的酸性红B溶液中经37℃保温处理后,两种细胞的脱色酶活性有明显提高。其脱色反应的最适pH值分别为7—10和5—10。固定化细胞在4—6℃的冰箱中保存52天,脱色酶的活性不变。应用固定化细胞连续处理酸性红B溶液,当进水浓度为42.1ppm时,出水平均脱色率可达87%。

This paper studies the effect of magnetic field to PSB enzymatic activity of decolorizing by means adding barium ferrite powder in growing liquid of purple nonsulfur photosynthetic bacteria.The results show that the magnetic field appeared beneficial effect of biology when it acted on PSB.The magnetic field can improve enzymatic activity of decolorizing and increase speed of decolorizing.

本文采用在紫色非硫光合细菌(简称PSB)的培养液中加入钡铁氧体磁粉的方法研完了磁场对PSB脱色酶活力的影响。结果表明,磁场作用于PSB表现出有益的生物效应,可提高脱色酶活力,增加脱色速度。
