    新研制的BH-7高效多功能碱性除油添加剂主要用于零件电镀、涂装或热处理前的除油除蜡.这种除油剂含有多种表面活性剂、清洗促进剂和缓蚀剂等组分,经合理选择和组合而成.添加这种除油剂的碱性除油溶液可在20~50°的低温条件下发挥优良的除油效果.经按照我国专业标准ZB43003-86通用水基金属净洗剂试验方法测试,BH-7除油剂的洗净能力为1OO%,对45~#钢、H62黄铜、LY12铝合金的腐蚀性均为0级,漂洗性能好,除油溶液无浊点.文中还阐述了除油剂的除油机理以及这种除油剂与其它除油剂的对比数据,也介绍了应用效果.

    本文从理论和实践两个方面研究了在酸性溶液中的除油机理,提出了一种新型的除油工艺方法。利用Fe~H2O体系的电位~PH图结合有关电化学理论,推导了过程反应自动进行的热力学条件。同时通过实验验证了这种除、油工艺过程,得出了最住技术条件,并讨论了影响除油效果的有关因素。结果表明,该工艺过程具有较高的实用价值。
