By the method of two element distribution, the authors analysed the distribution of the weights among the crack criterions, by using the normal distribution function, descending normal distribution function and the ascending normal distribution function as the subordinate function of the crack critri ion respectively, they divide the crack zones in three classes: the super crack zone ,the initial crack zone and the pure tensile zone.Then a synthesized evaluating method is proposed. As exapmples. it is demonstrated that this method may be used for large or small amount of explosives.

Based on different theories and techniques for the reduction of stress concentration, and on the basis of forms of breech ring fillets in general use, over a dozen of fillet forms are proposed. The distribution of stress in the fillet of a breech ring is studied in detail, making use of methods of finite element, boundary element and photoelasticity. It is seen that with the better forms of breech ring fillets a reduction in the maximum tensile stress of about 20 percent is attainable.

根据降低应力集中的理论和技术措施,在现有常用的炮尾闩室圆角的基础上,提出了十几种圆角形式。采用有限元、边界元和光弹性应力分析法,对圆角处的应力分布情况进行了详细的研究,其中较好而实用的圆角可使圆角处的最大切向应力降低20%左右。
