The results indicate that Nuclear Plus is capable of accelerating the production speed of ATP and increasing the capacity of PCr of rat skeletal muscle.

This paper aimed to explore effects of Nuclear Plus on biochemical parameters of rats.The effects of Nuclear Plus on biochemical parameters of rats were studied through model of long-term high intensity exercise.The results showed that compared with the placebo group,supplementation of Nuclear Plus was capable of sustaining the body weight and Concentration of blood hemoglobin of rats(P<0.05).Compared with the placebo group and Complex Creatine group,supplementation of Nuclear Power Plus was able to remarkably decrease the activity of LDH and CK and the concentration of BUN in rat serum after intensive exercise(p<0.01).

为了观察核能补剂对大强度训练大鼠某些生化指标的影响。采用大强度训练模型,观察补充核能补剂对长期大强度训练大鼠生化指标的影响。结果表明:给大鼠补充核能补剂,能明显提高其长时间大强度训练后的体重和血色素水平,与空白对照组相比p<0.05;能明显降低其大强度训练后血清中LDH、CK的活性和BUN的浓度,与空白对照组相比p<0.01。
