Pretreatment of desulfurization from tannery wastewater by using catalytic oxidation and chemical coagulation has been studied. So the authors put forward: catalytic oxidation and chemical coagulation method, by adding 100-200mg(Mn2+)/L wastewater, one hour aeration...

Pretreatment of desulfurization from tannery wastewater by using catalytic oxidation and chemical coagulation has been studied. It was found that time of aeration was too long for catalytic oxidation process independently, excess catalyzer applied to high concentrated sulfide wastewater alone could not meet the allowable concentration of < 40mg/L for biological treatment. So the authors put forward: catalytic oxidation and chemical coagulation method, by adding 100-200mg(Mn2+)/L wastewater, one hour aeration and then adding 1.5mg/L coagu-lent, to treat wastewater containing 100-200mg/L sulfur, the sulfur removal rate could up to 90% and sulfur content in effluent would be <40mg/L.

通过催化氧化法和化学混凝法预处理制革含硫废水的脱硫探索试验,发现单一催化氧化法的曝气时间太长;单一化学混凝法,处理后出水不能符合后续生物处理含硫<40mg/L的容许浓度。为此,提出了催化剂投加量为100~200mg(Mn~(2+)/L(废水)、催化曝气1h、续加混凝剂聚合铁1.5mg/L的催化氧化—化学混凝法,处理含硫浓度100~200mg/L的废水,硫化物去除率达90%以上,出水含硫<40mg/L。

Technology of determination and disposing of sulfur in sulfur-contained tannery wastewater was studied.The p-amino-N,N-dimethyl aniline spectrophotometric method was used to determine S~(2-) content,and the pretreatment of acidification-blowing extraction-absorption was applied,The combination method of flocculation and oxidation was used to retreat the wastewater.It shows that after treatment the sulfur removal rate of the wastewater is 99.998%,and the sulfur content is below the related national standard(1.0...

制革含硫废水中的硫离子进行检测,并对其处理技术进行了研究。用对氨基二甲基苯胺光度法对S2-含量进行测定,采用酸化—吹取—吸收的预处理方法,同时用二次处理法,即絮凝和氧化相结合的方法,处理含硫废水,使处理后废水中S2-的去除率为99.998%,S2-浓度低于国家一级标准(1.0mg/L)排放。
