This research aimed at the immobilization process of nitrobacteria and removing ammonium nitrogen from wastewater by immobilized nitrobacteria.An immobilization system was obtained with entrapping cultivated nitrifying activated sludge in mixed polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) gel beads and powdered activated carbon,treating composed wastewater mainly consisted of (NH 4) 2SO 4 and glucose.The influence factors of immobilized process and nitrification were studied.Some biological characterastics,such as oxigen using rate(OUR) and remaining activity(RA),were tested.Microbe kinds and distribution of immobilized microbial were observed and analyzed by electron microscope.The results showed that under the condition of 24-28℃、pellets package percentage 7 5%、HRT 8h,influent NH 4 N loading rate increased from 0 6kg/(m 3·d) to 3 49kg/(m 3·d),NH 4 N removal efficiency reached 95 5% and COD kept more than 80%.

选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为包埋载体,添加适量粉末活性炭,包埋固定硝化污泥,处理以(NH4)2SO4和葡萄糖为主的合成废水.考察了影响固定化工艺及硝化作用的各种因素;对固定化硝化菌的呼吸活性、细胞活性回收率等生物特性进行了测定;对固定化硝化菌颗粒进行电镜检测与分析.间歇实验结果表明:在24—28℃,颗粒填充率7.5%,HRT为8h的条件下,进水NH4-N负荷由0.6kg/(m3d)提高至3.49kg/(m3d),NH4-N去除率可达95.5%,COD去除率保持在80%以上.

The immobilized microbes pellets were made from entrapping cultivated nitrifying activated sludge using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)crosslinked with boric acid,PVA is entrapment carrier and powdered activated carbon is inorganic carrier.The source of nitrifying activated sludge come from A/O system.In biological fluidized bed reactor(BFBR),Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR) system treating composed NH 4 N wastewater was carried out.The experiment results were as follows:the immobilized nitrobacteria's life was more than seven months;the oxygen using rate(OUR)recovered from 10 3mg/(L·h) to 420mg/(L·h);the NH 4 N removal loading could reach 240 mg/(L·h).While the immobilized nitrobacteria pellets package percentage was 4%,influent NH 4 N concentration was 35 mg/L,reaction time was 5h,the NH 4 N removal efficiency reach 99%;influent NH 4 N concentration was about 65 mg/L,reaction time was 9h,the NH 4 N removal efficiency also reach 99%.When the influent COD is about 230 mg/L,NH 4 N is about 35mg/L,reaction time was 4h,the COD removal efficiency could reach 80%,the NH 4 N removal efficiency always kept 90% or so.In this research,the situation of microbe growth and distribution of immobilized nitrobacteria was observed with scanning electron microscope.

采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)-硼酸包埋固定化法,选用PVA为包埋载体,粉末活性炭作为无机载体,包埋固定A/O生物脱氮系统中的再经驯化过的硝化污泥,制成固定化硝化菌颗粒.以流化床作为生物反应器,采用SBR运行方式对人工配制含氮废水进行处理试验.结果表明:固定化硝化菌寿命长达7个月以上;固定化硝化菌的呼吸活性由开始时的10.3mg/(L·h),最终达420mg/(L·h)左右;NH4-N去除负荷为240mg/(L·h);当颗粒填充率为4%,进水NH4-N浓度为35mg/L和65mg/L,反应时间分别为5h和9h时,NH4-N去除率皆可达99%以上;当进水COD浓度为230mg/L左右,NH4-N浓度为35mg/L左右,反应时间为4h,COD去除率在86%左右,NH4-N去除率维持在90%左右.用扫描电子显微镜对固定化硝化菌菌群的生长及分布情况进行了观察.
