利用电弧气化技术,在惰性气体保护的密闭反应室内,制备了平均粒径为0.1μm,最大粒径为0.4μm的纯金属锡粉.采用X衍射、电镜等手段,分析和观察了锡粉的物相和形貌,由XDR图表明该方法制备的锡粉为单相锡粉,没有氧化锡的衍射峰.从锡粉的SEM照片能清楚看到粉体的形貌主要为规则球形,粉体纯度为99.9%以上.该方法有着工艺流程短、产品粒径细、含氧低、纯度高、易产业化等优点,为制备低熔点纯金属粉末开辟了一条新途径.
