While the resistant level of thebarnyardgrass to benthiocarb was directly proportional at inhibertion rate,but it was inverse proportional at inhibertion rate of the α-amylase ac-tivity to the time of using herbicidies.The experimental results showed that inareas where the butachlor was used for more than five years,the α-amylaseactivity was not inhibited,but activized evidently.It demonstrates thatbarnyardgrass under repeatedly selection pressure of herbicidies can be changedphysiochemically its resistance. 对我国三大类稻区稗草抗药性状况和发展进行了3年的系统追踪监测,结果表明:我国稗草对禾草丹已产生了较明显的抗药性。以LC50(致死中浓度,下同)和LC90为标准,最高抗性系数分别为4.27和10.60。在连续使用丁草胺10年以上地区的稗草,对禾草丹的抗药性水平也较高,两者之间存在交互抗性的迹象,稗草对禾草丹的抗药性水平与连续使用丁草胺时间呈正相关,而与α-淀粉酶活性被抑制率呈负相关。在丁草胺使用5年以上稻区的稗草α-淀粉酶活性不仅没有被禾草丹所抑制,还表现出明显被激活的作用,说明抗性稗草由于在除草剂的连续选择压力下,体内的某些生理生化机制产生了质的或量的变化结果。
