Folded plate flocculator is a highly effective hydraulic flocculation process researched and developed in China. However, the method to calculate the head loss in not accurate yet,as the values achieved from calculation differ a bit far from those obtained from experiments.This research tries to explore the semi empirical and semi theoretical head loss formula for the opposite folded plate flocculator unit by theoretical analyses and modeling esperiments.

本文结合波形板絮凝器的研究成果,对水力絮凝器的理论进行了研讨,提出了提高和改善絮凝效果的概念和措施。即:注入的能量在各絮凝阶段的水体中应具有高程度的均匀分布;絮凝时间逐级递增以适合絮凝过程的要求以及在絮凝容积的各个部位形成涡流以改善絮凝条件。还提出扩散系数和容积利用率可作为评定絮凝器性能重要指标的观点。
