158 cases of ureteral stone were treated by ureteroscopic manipulation inour hospital from Apr.1986 to Jun.1991.Total cure rate was 81%,and it became incr-eased to 94% in the recent three years.The operation through ureteroscopy,preventionand management of manipulative complications,and the value of ureteroscopic manipula-tion were discussed.And the current therapy of ureteral stone was also reviewed in thispaper.

1986年4月~1991年6月我院施行输尿管镜取石术(URS)158例,总成功率81%,近3年成功率94%。本文介绍了输尿管镜操作体会及并发症防治,探讨了输尿管结石的现代治疗方案及输尿管镜技术在输尿管结石治疗中的地位。

From June 1987 to Dec. 1988, 212 patients with ureteral calculi have been treated by ESWL and ureteroscope lithotropsy. The results of the two therapies were compared. ESWL had higher successful rate (100%) and fewer complications than ureterscope in treating the upper and mid- dle ureteral calculi (P<0.01, P<0.05). The two therapies had similar successful rate in treating the lower ureteral calculi (ESWL 93. 3%, URSL 89%) and no significant difference (P> 0.05). But ESWL had fewer complications than ureteroscope...

From June 1987 to Dec. 1988, 212 patients with ureteral calculi have been treated by ESWL and ureteroscope lithotropsy. The results of the two therapies were compared. 对体外震波碎石术(ESWL)和输尿管镜碎石或取石(URSL)治疗的212例输尿管结石进行了回顾性研究,结果证明对上、中段输尿管结石,ESWL成功率高(100%)、并发症少,明显优于URSL(P<0.01,P<0.05)。对下段输尿管结石,两种治疗方法成功率分别为93%,89%,差异无显著性(P>0.05),但ESWL并发症发生率为6.6%,URSL组为27%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。文中对输尿管结石治疗方案的选择和并发症的预防等进行了讨论。
