The Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) is a large scale experimental facility for multi purposes scientific research action based on the synchrotron radiation light source. The laboratory consists of large amount of experimental stations for different research fields. The instrumentation is various from station to station, but all of them need automatic control and measurement system controlled by computer. This paper introduced the XAFS experimental system in BSRF, which consists of NI hardware products and LabVIEW. The practice indicates that LabVIEW is very suitable for the applications in a comprehensive laboratory such as BSRF, it has the advantages for continually upgrading in instrumentation and standardization in the laboratory.

北京同步辐射装置是一种利用同步光源开展多学科研究活动的大科学装置。同步辐射实验室设有多个实验站。根据不同的实验研究目的,各站实验系统也各不相同,但都需要由计算机控制形成独立的自动控制调整和数据采集的自动化实验系统。本文介绍了应用LabVIEW软件,NI公司的硬件产品及其他仪器设备构成的同步辐射XAFS实验系统。该系统的建立表明LabVIEW非常适用于同步辐射这种大型综合实验室,有利于实验室标准化,实验系统的不断发展更新。

In this article the characteristics of synchrotron radiation, the structure of the SRF and some major analytical or measurement methods, such as X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy(XAFS), X-ray scattering(XRS), high resolution X-ray diffraction(HRXRD), energy dispersive and time resolved technique, focus and microanalysis, imaging and microscopy, combined measurements, in-situ measurements and demarcate are described.

本文介绍一种大科学装置--同步辐射装置。这是一种数百人可同时在其上进行不同的科学技术实验的设备,其可达到的水平比实验室的极限水平高许多,从某些角度代表了国家的科学和技术水平。本文扼要介绍了同步辐射的特性、同步辐射装置的构造及一些主要的分析测试技术,如:X射线吸收精细结构光谱、X射线散射、高分辨X射线衍射、能量色散与时间分辨技术、聚焦与微分析、成像与显微放大、综合测试原位测试及作绝对标定等。
