Ten types of normal physiological values in kinds of healthy poultry(Wud-ing chichen,turkey,Yunnan goose, Yunnan duck, muscovy duck or comb duck,Yunnan pigeon and quail)in Yunnan province have been gauged by us, namely therectal temperature,the cardiac rate,the respiratory rate, the erythrocytic sedimentalrate, the amount of the hemoglobin,the counting values of the red and white bloodcell, eosinocyte and platelet,and the differential counting values of the white bloodcell. The results indicate:1 The respiratory rate (28. 84times / min ) and the amount of the hemoglobin(102.4g / L) in Yunnan wuding chichen are greater / more than those in Guangdongthree yellow chichen(19.48 times / min and 70.09 g /L).2 The amount of the hemoglobin( 136.69g/L)in turkey is more than the date inreference(4)(88.0~134.7 g/ L)3 The cardiac rate(109.47times / min) and the percentage of the pseudoeosinophilic(heterophile’s) differential counting(36.23% ) in Yunnan goose are greater than thedate in reference (2)(300times/min and 50%)4 The cardiac rate( 102.3times / min),respiratory rate(19.59times/ min) andhemoglobin( 110.3g/ L). in Yunnan duck are less than the date in reference(2)(170times/ min, 42times/ min and 127.0 g/ L)。5 The respiratory rate(56.64times / min) in Yunnan pigeon is greater than the datain raference(3)(30 times / min), but the number of white blood cell in Yunnan pi-geon (38.9 × 10 ̄9/ L) is more than the data in reference(2)(13.0× 10 ̄9/ L)

我们进行了云南武定鸡、火鸡、云南鸭、番鸭(瘤头鸭)、云南鸽和鹌鹑等七种家禽的体温、心率、呼吸频率、红细胞沉降速度(血沉)、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、白细胞计数、嗜酸性白细胞计数、血小板计数、白细胞分类计数等十项生理常值的测定。结果表明:云南武定鸡的呼吸频率(2884次/min)和血红蛋白(102.4g/L)比广东三黄鸡的(19.4次/min)和(74.09g/L)快(高):火鸡的血红蛋白(136.6g/L)比文献报道(4)的值(88~134g/L)高;云南鹅的心率(109.47次/min)和白细胞分类计数中的假嗜酸性白细胞(异嗜性粒细胞)的比例(36.23%)比文献报道 ̄[2]的值(300次/min)和(50%)低:云南鸭的心率(102.34次/min)呼吸频率(19.59次/min)和血红蛋白(110.3g/L)比文献报道 ̄[2]的值(178次/min)、(42次/min)和(127g/L)低,云南鸽的呼吸频率(56.64次/min)比文献报道 ̄[3]的值(30次/min)高,而白细胞数(38.9×10 ̄9/L)比文献报道 ̄[2]的值(13.0×10 ̄9/L高.

The cleavage map and polymorphism of mitochondrian DNA (mtDNA) were investigated from Yunnan Goose, Anser cygnoides domesticus, using 18 restriction endoncleases. The cleavage map with 17 restriction endoncleases were identical in all individuals. A variant was found in a grey goose in the pattern with Pvu I digestion. The restriction map of mitochondrial DNA of Yunnan goose was constructed with 14 restriction endoncleases.

 用18种限制性内切酶对7只云南鹅的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)进行了限制性片段长度多态(RFLP)分析。17种酶在所有受试个体表现为一致的限制性态型(morph),一只灰羽鹅用PvuI消化时出现变异。用14种限制性内切酶构建了云南鹅mtDNA的酶切图谱。

The cleavage patterns of mitochondrial DNAs(mtDNA) were investigated from Yunnan Goose (domestic geese) in two areas of Yunnan province, using 19 restriction endouncleases. The cleavage patterns with 19 restriction endouncleases were identical in all individuls. Variation was not found.

用19种限制性内切酶对云南鹅昆明群体和德宏群体的13只个体进行了mtDNARFLP分析。结果表明:所有受试样品的mtDNA都为一种类型,没有检测到变异。
