本文对 Dixon 血清胰岛素抗体(IAb)测定方法作了简化,比较了二种方法所测定的 IAb 浓度,并对4℃保存血标本是否影响 IAb 测定值作了研究。结果表明采用简化法所测血清 IAb 浓度与 Dixon 法一致,血清逐级稀释获得良好的稀释抗体剂量效应曲线。血清4℃保存二十天,IAb 测定结果无显著变化。简化法配液简单、操作方便、结果稳定、特异性好,适用于一般基层单位应用。

To determine the purifing effects for the intravenous and intramuscular injection working table for blending medical liquids in the purified air,it shows:In purified area 0.3um the dust density is 504G/L,or in 0.5um it is 1.7G/L.In the purified air the total germs is 3 cfu/m3 with subside plate method:or 7cfu/m3 with air current dash method:compared with outside environment (the average total germs is 671 cfu/m3) it reduced89.85%. The results: it is an effective-for hospital to reduce hospital in- fection.

对静脉肌注净化配液工作台内的洁净效果进行测定,结果示:洁净区含尘浓度0.3μm尘埃为5.4粒/L,0.5μm尘埃为1.7粒/L;空气中含菌总数测定,沉降平板法为3cfu/m3;气流撞击法为7cfu/m3;比相应外环境空气菌落数平均为671cfu/m3,降低89.85%。结论:该工作台是目前医院防止院内感染的有效措施。

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of absorption of insulin by transfusion apparatuses affect on efficiency of glucose-insulin fluid per intravenous perfusion. The insulin levels in the fluid at needle of transfusion apparatus were regularly determined by radioimmunoassay during infusion, and the effects of transfusion apparatuses (glass bottle or plastic bag),insulin concentrations in glucose-insulin fluid and transfusion speed on absorption of insulin were compared. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of absorption of insulin by transfusion apparatuses affect on efficiency of glucose-insulin fluid per intravenous perfusion. The insulin levels in the fluid at needle of transfusion apparatus were regularly determined by radioimmunoassay during infusion, and the effects of transfusion apparatuses (glass bottle or plastic bag),insulin concentrations in glucose-insulin fluid and transfusion speed on absorption of insulin were compared. It was found that: ① The insulin levels in the fluid at needle gradually rose during transfusion with great variation of insulin levels. ② With same transfusion apparatus absolute absorption amounts of insulin showed no difference whether the insulin concentration in the fluid was low or high. ③ The insulin absorption was lower with the plastic transfusion bag than that with glass transfusion bottle. ④ The transfusion speed did not affect on the insulin absorption. Conclusion: The insulin absorption by transfusion apparatuses may affect on insulin amounts that infused to patient, it maybe lead the patient to hypoglycemia due to inhomogeneous insulin amounts infused. 为了研究输液过程中输液装置对胰岛素的吸附作用,应用放射免疫测定的方法,对不同输液装置、不同胰岛素浓度液体以及不同输液速度对胰岛素输入的影响进行研究。结果表明:①输液过程中胰岛素浓度呈不均一性变化,总的呈上升趋势,且浓度越低胰岛素输入量波动越大;②不同浓度的胰岛素吸附率( %) 虽有差异,但胰岛素的绝对吸附量两者相近,因此低浓度的溶液丢失胰岛素相对较大;③应用配液袋输入胰岛素溶液,胰岛素吸附率较低,吸附曲线相对平稳;④输液速度对胰岛素丢失的影响不大。本研究对医生掌握胰岛素的应用,护理人员正确掌握胰岛素输入方法和临床病情观察有着重要指导意义
