目的研究内镀银纤维抗病毒性能及其影响因素。方法用脊髓灰质炎病毒I型作试验用病毒株,用HeLa细胞作宿主细胞,将内镀银纤维与病毒悬液(109TCID50/ml)在指定条件下进行病毒灭活试验,测定灭活前后病毒悬液的感染滴度(TCID50),计算对病毒的灭活率。结果内镀银纤维在37℃、日光灯照射下,5、10、30、60min对病毒的灭活率分别为73.10%,96.84%,99.99%,>99.99%;在日光灯下照射60min后,对病毒的灭活指数为4.5;在37℃遮光条件下作用30min灭活率为78.47%。无银纤维同样在日光灯下照射60min后,对病毒无灭活作用。结论内镀银纤维具有良好的抗病毒性能。

Silver-coated PET fibers used as the conductive filler of conductive polymer composites were successfully prepared by electroless silver plating on the fibers.The influences of the concentration of(ammonia),stabilizing agent and bath loading on silver plating were investigated.The results indicate that it's favorable to the electroless silver plating,when the volume fraction of ammonia water φ=0.10.The weight of coated silvers and silver nitrate usage are increased by adjustment of bath loading.Adding stabilizing...

Silver-coated PET fibers used as the conductive filler of conductive polymer composites were successfully prepared by electroless silver plating on the fibers.The influences of the concentration of(ammonia),stabilizing agent and bath loading on silver plating were investigated.The results indicate that it's favorable to the electroless silver plating,when the volume fraction of ammonia water φ=0.10.The weight of coated silvers and silver nitrate usage are increased by adjustment of bath loading.Adding stabilizing agent in the bath is helpful to prevent the plating from decomposing.However,it results in discontinuous silver coating layer.The volume electrical resistivity of the silver-coated PET fibers reaches to(3.35)×10~(-3) Ω·cm.,and the electrical resistivity of the conductive rubber with the as-prepared silver-coated PET fibers as filleris 1.54×10~(-1) Ω·cm when the mass fraction of PET w=0.40.

对短切聚酯纤维进行化学镀银,制备了用于导电高分子材料的导电填料,探讨了氨水浓度、装载量及稳定剂对纤维化学镀银的影响。实验表明,φ=0.10的氨水有利于化学镀银;通过调整装载量,可提高纤维的增重量率和硝酸银的利用率;稳定剂的加入可阻止镀液自分解,但对包覆层的均匀性和致密性有影响。电性能测试表明,镀银纤维的体积电阻率可达3.35×1-0 3Ω.cm,以其作为导电橡胶填料,当含量为w=0.40时,其电阻率为1.54×1-0 1Ω.cm。
