It is also found that the characterestics of packing particles has an influence on the mass transfer. Dimensionless group correlations were proposed by linear regression.

本文针对球形和三叶形填料,采用电化学技术测定滴流床液固传质系数。试验结果表明,低液速下,传质系数与气速无关;从滴流区到脉动区的过渡,气速对传质的影响为最大;在脉动区,传质系数随着气速、液速的提高而提高。填料特性对液固传质也有较大的影响。本文还根据试验结果,提出了计算球形和三叶形填料液回传质系数的数学关联式。

The hydrogenation of xylose aqueous solution has been studied in pressure elevated trickle bed reactor.Experiments are carried out at temperature 120℃,hydrogen pressure 4.0MPa and superficial liquid velocity 0.5~2 0mm/s.The bed internal diameter is 10mm,packed with catalyst pellets of shell activated Raney Ni average diameter 0 47 and 0 67mm.The bed overall efficiency calculated by a simplified model is 8~9 times that in an industrial equipment.But the value is found to increase with the decreasing of liquid...

本文对滴流床中压加氢生产木糖醇的工艺进行了研究。反应温度120℃,氢压4.0MPa,表观液速0.5mm/s~2.0mm/s。Raney-Ni颗粒催化剂表层活化,床层内径10mm。对平均粒径0.47mm及0.67mm的催化床层在低液速区反应特性进行了初步探讨。用简化模型计算的床层宏观效率因子比实际工业鼓泡床高8~9倍。其值随液速降低而上升,并存在多稳态的现象,与床层部分润湿现象一致。

Due to the existing of partially wetting phenomenon,the paritally wetted trickle bed operated under low liquid velocity region features differently from those wholly wetted ones,and the mechanism is also more complex.In this paper,the advances and the problems to be solved are reviewed.The recent progresses are encouraging on the description of wetting mechanism and multi—phase flow in trickle bed,the influences from which on the modeling of partially wetting trickle bed reactor are discussed.

低液速区操作的滴流床,由于存在部分润湿现象,操作特性与全润湿滴流床不同,机理也更复杂。本文综述了此类反应器研究的现状和存在的问题。近年来,在润湿机理和床层两相流动的描述方面取得了较大进展,本文讨论了它们对反应器建模的启示。
