This authors deal with the dynamic characteristics of X8132 universal milling machine by means of experimental modal analysis method. Dynamic characteristics experiment was performed by means of relative pseudorandom exciting method. Experimental data were processed and analysed on signal processor, identifying the modal parameters, and displaying the modal shapes on screen. We found out the weak parts of machine tool structure on the basis of modal shapes and cutting chatting theory, and put forward a version to improve the design for weak parts. The identification theory of correlation multi-input system is discussed in detail. The exciting theory of relative pseudorandom and several methods to enhance the precision of measurement are discussed as well. As a result of experiment, the relative pseudorandom exciting method is applicable in the dynamic experiment of machine tool structure, with higher precision and efficiency.

本文用实验模态分析方法,对X8132万能工具铣床的动态特性进行了分析,用相对伪随机激振法进行了动态特性试验;在数据处理机上对试验数据进行了处理;识别出了结构的模态参数,以活动图形的形式显示了模态振型.找出了铣床结构的薄弱部件,并提出了改进设计的措施.详细讨论了相关多输入系统的模态参数识别原理、相对伪随机激振原理和提高测试精度的若干措施.研究结果表明,相对伪随机激振法适用于机床结构的动态测试,具有较高的测试精度和效率.
